——with a Focus on the Transformation of Relationships between the Pharmaceutical Packaging Material Suppliers and Pharmaceutical Enterprises under the New Policy in China

In order to implement the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Review and Approval System and Inspiring Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices (T Zi [2017] No. 42) issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and General Office of the State Council of China, and implement the related review of pharmaceutical products, and pharmaceutical excipients and packaging materials, China Food and Drug Administration has drafted and issued the Administrative Measures for the Simultaneous Review and Approval of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Pharmaceutical Excipients and Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials with Pharmaceutical Preparations (Draft for Comment), to solicit comments from the society from December 5, 2017. The issuance of this Draft for Comment means that it is the time for the entire Chinese pharmaceutical industry to change ideas.
