We have been focusing on aluminum (collapsible) tube production for over 40 years and two generations, and will continue to be more refined and stronger in the drug packaging materials and aluminum tubes in the future with the artisan spirit.

What are the main application fields of products of the company? How are their performance on the market?

The aluminum tubes produced by us are mainly used in medicinal ointment and gel, as well as cosmetic cream and hair dye, and food. Our current supply of the products falls short of demand on Chinese and international markets.

The company’s future focus is on the development of diversified aluminum tube nozzles, to meet sterile preparation product needs and product personalization needs.

What are the most popular products in the product catalog of the company? How are their performance on Chinese and overseas markets?

Products with extended plastic nozzle are popular with customers owing to the appearance and functional excellence, however, the manufacturing costs are high, but the yield is low. They are now mass produced by us, with supply falling short of demand.

The aluminum tubes with extended plastic nozzle and ophthalmic nozzle are currently the most popular products of our company, with capacity reaching 100 million pieces at present.

Compared with the aluminum tubes with membrane, those products’ production difficulties and differences lie in the extrusion and capping. They do not have patent protection for the time being.

The market shares of our aluminum tubes with extended plastic nozzle and ophthalmic nozzle continue to increase on global market. Our advantages lie in the solution of sealing.

Modern workshop and advanced equipment

Our company is covering 50 acres, the workshops were built in according to the construction requirements of GMP in pharmaceutical production. Our factory use clean central-station air handling units from internal coating to packaging workshop to ensure our production environment reach 100 thousand grade standard. The compressed air after strict purification treatment fully meet the production conditions of direct contact with pharmaceutical packaging materials.

We introduced several sets of production lines from PSG of German and Technopack of Italy, and equipped with technique of the mark one take on top sealed and tube shoulder, three take on internal coating, six colors printing and the latex at the end, etc which can meet requirements of kinds tube appearance for customers.
