April Ladd has been appointed director of business development at AB BioTechnologies. She also joins the management team. Ms. Ladd is responsible for leading business development, marketing, and project management initiatives. She has more than 17 years of industry experience.

Ms. Ladd joins the company from Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, where she served on the leadership team as business development and marketing manager. She began her career at Cook Pharmaceutical Solutions/Baxter BioPharma Solutions in project management and business development, and later served as the director of business development and marketing at Cook Pharmica. She also held a business development role at Sentry BioPharma Services.
