• (1) In case of equipment failure within or beyond the warranty period, if the Supplier needs on-site inspection and maintenance after receiving the notice, the maintenance personnel can arrive at the site within 48 hours and start the maintenance. (2) For commonly used wearing parts, consumables and related parts, the factory has configured safety stock to ensure that customers can get them in time. (3) In case of any equipment failure within or beyond the warranty period, the maintenance personnel of the Supplier can arrive at the site and start maintenance within 48 hours after receiving the notice. The manufacturer's technicians provide 24Hr online guidance services, including but not limited to software, hardware, process and other technical support.
