Dynamic Axial Compression, or DAC for short, is recognized as a technique that delivers good separation results in column chromatography at various scales and is the preferred packing technique in industrial preparative chromatography today. When users need to pack a preparative column with an inner diameter of more than 100 mm, the traditional axial compression techniques, such as the “floating piston technique”, are not able to meet the high separation requirements. In this case, dynamic axial compression shall be used. Dynamic axial compression columns use hydraulic jacks to drive the column sealing piston to maintain a constant column bed pressure. It is safe and easy to operate and is unlikely to cause leakage and contamination.
Adopting DAC dynamic axial pressurization technology, the piston lifts up and down quickly and smoothly, with good pressure stabilization effect, and the dynamic pressure inside the column bed is always constant, ensuring the column effect is stable for a long time.
● The sealing adopts high-pressure spring accumulator sealing ring and PTFE-coated O-ring sealing to ensure zero leakage of the piston.
● The original design of liquid distribution system makes the column effect and symmetry perfectly unified, and the separation effect is better.
● The bottom end cap of the column and the column tube are connected by C-type clamp, which saves labor, is convenient and quick to dismantle the column.
● Pneumatic pressurization control to meet the requirements of special explosion-proof operating environment
