Introduction and Applications:

On-line Monitoring System for Suspended Particles is used to record the existence of airborne particles in key areas of the production lines. It can automatically and continuously monitor and record the particle size and quantity distribution of suspended particles in the monitored ambient air, and generate reports. When the state of the dust particles in the monitoring environment exceeds the warning line and the correction line, the system can automatically activate the sound and light alarm and notify the relevant personnel to process, thus helping to ensure that the particle conditions in the monitored critical environment are in a normal state to ensure smooth production.

The on-line monitoring system for suspended particles is based on GMP standards and meets FDA and EU GMP requirements and specifications to effectively assist the environment in standardizing operations.
