The company is located in the Chemical Recycling Industrial Park in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, and its production scope covers the research, development, production, and sales of chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates. The company plans to invest approximately 1 billion yuan in the Jingmen Chemical Industry Park to build a high-end active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production base. The project will include multiple API production lines, an administrative building, an office building, a quality management and R&D building, a central control room, a utility building, a comprehensive warehouse, a Class A warehouse, a wastewater treatment plant, and other supporting public facilities. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate annual sales revenue of 1 billion yuan.

The company will strictly adhere to the standards set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Union, and China's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production. It will design and construct a standardized modern factory and advanced API production lines, establish a comprehensive quality management system, strengthen on-site safety and environmental management, ensure product quality, continuously improve quality management standards, and position the company as a modern high-end API production base.
